This vet hospital is AMAZING! I have 4 cats and 2 dogs and would not dream of taking them anywhere else. The doctors are very knowledgeable and the staff is so caring and friendly. I have been coming for 16 years and will continue to do so for many more to come.
I don't know if its all veterinarian offices or only this one but they were more worried about if I was gonna pay them every penny they wanted than worrying about caring for my dog. The veterinarian talked so fast I couldn't understand her. I just got a slimy feeling there and i won't go back.
Prices are about average for the area and the staff is always friendly to both us and our animals. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new vet in the area.
We've taken our cats and guinea pigs here for awhile now and continue to have great service. It's especially difficult to find a vet that works with exotics, so it's nice to have one nearby that knows them very well.
Dr. Brooks and the rest f the staff are perfect with my cat and they always have a great energy! They did a follow-up check-up to check for a heart murmur at no charge! Great service and care for animals.
I don't know if I could say anything bad about this vet, they are so compassionate and so willing to do whatever it takes to help animals. My pepper was so sick and even though my appointment was a Sunday appointment and they had limited resources, they took the extra time and extra effort to make sure that he was taken care of. When the hospital didn't answer our questions, Back Mountain was there to answer any questions we had and explain anything we needed to know. I am so grateful to Back Mountain vet!
